Le Parc Suites Hotel, a boutique hotel in West Hollywood, is holding a contest via Facebook to appoint a “Director of Pet Relations.”
Facebook users are encouraged to visit the Le Parc Suites Hotel Facebook page to vote for their favorite pooch. The dog with the most “likes” will assume the Pet Relations role, which includes Facebook fame along with featured placement on Le Parc’s Pet Friendly and Pet Policy Pages.

“We’re really excited about having a new Director of Pet Relations. He plays an important role at Le Parc,” said Barry Podob, Director of Sales and Marketing. “We have a lot of four-legged guests. Upon check-in, our Director sends a personal note as well as designer food and water bowls, ‘Bowser Beer’ (a specially brewed beef broth), a copy of Fido Magazine, and a list of local pet grooming stores along with the location of nearby dog parks, to each of their rooms to ensure that their stays are memorable and enjoyable.”
This is a great promotion in that it emphasizes the hotel’s accommodating nature toward pets; it has an emotional pull (who doesn’t love cute animals?) and it allows Le Parc to interact with their fanbase in fun way.
