The summer of 2000 gave way to a new, fast-casual dining concept envisioned by sisters, Mary and Maureen Harrigan. The result was one of Valencia’s most vibrant and popular restaurants, Stonefire Grill.
Veterans of full service restaurant operations, the sisters longed for innovation, a move away from lengthy dining experiences and a transition towards a simpler approach, focusing specifically on freshness, efficiency and value.
Today, with seven Stonefire locations throughout Southern California, Mary and Maureen are hands-on, independent operators who rely on a bigger team to accomplish the same goal – FRESHLY PREPARED and SIMPLY DELICIOUS meals.

Last month, Stonefire Grill held its second annual Facebook contest seeking the most deserving company, family or neighborhood to receive a fully catered party for up to 100 guests.

The entire menu of American fare (i.e., Mesquite BBQ Tri Tip, BBQ and Lemon Garlic Chicken Breast, Baby Back Ribs, and a wide assortment of salads, pizzas and pastas) is available via its catering operation.
